The Thousand Islands Sub-agency is holding socialization about the School Children Immunization Month (BIAS) that falls in the forthcoming August until September.

After socialization, free immunizations will be held in elementary schools which include Hepatitis B, Poliomyelitis, Tuberculosis, Diphtheria, Pertussis, Tetanus, Pneumonia, Meningitis caused by Hemophilus Influenza type B (Hib), Measles, Rubella and Cervical Cancer.Breastfeeding and Immunization Socialization Given to Gambir Posyandu Cadres
He appealed to parents that immunization should be given to the newborn children to elementary school level.
"We'll start from giving basic immuni
zation first for those who have never received immunization and continued immunization," he stated.
